If you are an application admin you will have the correct user rights to set or change a scan schedule. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to https://portal.omnext.net
- Login using your credentials or Single Sign On
- Click on My Organizations on the menu on the left
- Select the Applications-tab
- Search for the application you wish to set or change the schedule for in the grid (you can use the filters like you would do in Excel)
- Once you have found the applicable application, double click the application
- The next screen shows you the full configuration for the application, including the Schedule section
- To change the Schedule, click the pencil-icon and follow further on screen instructions
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen
If you are an user you will have to have the proper user rights to start a new analysis manually. To do so, please follow the steps below. If you cannot follow the steps below, you probably do not have the proper rights. In this case, please contact your application admin and him/her to assign Schedule Analysis rights to you.
- Navigate to https://portal.omnext.net
- Login using your credentials or Single Sign On
- Navigate to the All Applications tab
- Search for the application for which you like to start a new analysis in the grid (you can use the filters like you would do in Excel)
- At the right side of the application line in the grid, your screen you will see a small green icon. Click the icon.
- This will open the ‘scan selector’ screen. Make sure that the Application Status and Configuration accordeon is opened.
- In the ‘Scheduling’ section, you can see when scans are scheduled. You can change this scheduling by clicking the little ‘pencil’ icon next to the scheduled time.
- This will lead you to a seperate page where you can change the schedule (and the branch) if you have the proper rights.
If you cannot follow the steps below, you probably do not have the proper rights. In this case, please contact your application admin and him/her to assign Change Schedule rights to you.
