If you are an application admin you will have the correct user rights to set an application to either active or inactive.
- Navigate to https://portal.omnext.net
- Login using your credentials or Single Sign On
- Click on My Organizations on the menu on the left
- Select your organization from the dropdown menu
- Select the Applications-tab
- Search for the application you wish to set to active / inactive in the grid (you can use the filters like you would do in Excel)
- Once you have found the applicable application, click the Actions button and select Status -> Disabled or Status -> Enabled
