To be able to manage authorization presets, you require the the Administrator role/rights yourself. To manage manage authorization, please follow the steps below.
- Navigate to https://portal.omnext.net
- Login using your credentials or Single Sign On
- Click on My Organizations on the menu on the left
- Select the organization for which you wish to manage authorization presets from the dropdown menu
- Click the Authorization Presets tab, this will show you a list of all current Presets (both default and custom ones)
Create new preset
- Click the Create Preset button at the right side of your screen
- Fill in a name for your new authorization preset
- Select which rights are included in your new authorization preset by checking the boxes
- Click the Save button
