Manage authorization presets

To be able to manage authorization presets, you require the the Administrator role/rights yourself. To manage manage authorization, please follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to https://portal.omnext.net
  2. Login using your credentials or Single Sign On
  3. Click on My Organizations on the menu on the left
  4. Select the organization for which you wish to manage authorization presets from the dropdown menu
  5. Click the Authorization Presets tab, this will show you a list of all current Presets (both default and custom ones)

Create new preset

  1. Click the Create Preset button at the right side of your screen
  2. Fill in a name for your new authorization preset
  3. Select which rights are included in your new authorization preset by checking the boxes
  4. Click the Save button
