To be able to manage user rights, you require the the Administrator role/rights yourself. To manage user rights of other users, please follow the steps below.
- Navigate to https://portal.omnext.net
- Login using your credentials or Single Sign On
- Click on My Organizations on the menu on the left
- Select the organization for which you wish to manage users from the dropdown menu
- Click the Users tab, this will show you a list of all current users and the role that has been assigned to each of them (User or Administrator)
- To change user rights of an individual user, click the Pencil button on the right. This will open a screen that shows you all current rights for the selected user per application
- To change the rights, you can either select or un-select checkboxes corresponding with specific rights per application
- Once you have set all the proper rights, click the Save button at the bottom of your screen.
IMPORTANT: Instead of selecting or un-selecting individual checkboxes, you can also create so called Presets. Please read the instructions for doing so in the article Manage authorization presets.
To apply an authorization preset, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to https://portal.omnext.net
- Login using your credentials or Single Sign On
- Click on My Applications on the menu on the left
- Select the organization for which you wish to manage users from the dropdown menu
- Click the Users tab, this will show you a list of all current users and the role that has been assigned to each of them (User or Administrator)
- To change user rights of an individual user, click the Pencil button on the right. This will open a screen that shows you all current rights for the selected user per application
- Instead of selecting and un-selecting individual checkboxes, you can also apply an authorization preset. To do so, click the Apply Preset button at the top of the screen and select the preset you wish to apply
- Once you have set all the proper rights, click the Save button at the bottom of your screen.
